Products

We design and build the hardware with demanding networks in mind. Our firmware, operating systems, and security are developed to provide visibility, configurability, and interoperability, enabling customers to proactively develop custom network solutions for their businesses.

When you switch to Meter, hardware upgrades are included in your service. Plus, we’ll buy back your current hardware. No sunk costs, even for existing locations.

Network Dashboard

Dashboard is a fully cloud-managed, centralized location to view, configure, and manage install progress, ISP connections, devices, network configuration, and company settings. It’s a single-pane of glass for configuring the Security Appliances, Switches, and Access Points for all customer locations. It’s streamlined to make configuration management extremely easy no matter how many locations or devices a customer has.

Pre-live dashboard
In beta

Customers can monitor the progress of their installations at individual locations or across all at once, including insights on on-site schedules, go-live dates, and health of completed installations. This system offers real-time updates on scheduling, installer arrival, installation photos, customer information requests, network performance tests, site surveys, network readiness for configuration, and other important details.

Rack elevation dashboard
In beta

A rack elevation, also known as rack diagram, is a visual representation and organization of the physical IT equipment (devices) on a server rack. It is used to track devices and understand how these devices are connected. Rack elevation is invaluable during network installation and troubleshooting.

Using our Rack Elevation dashboard, customers can create multiple racks per location with actual devices that are on the network. Because of the end-to-end integration Meter provides, Meter devices are readily available to use as rack components. Customers can also create custom non-Meter devices that they add to the rack. They can share these diagrams with their team members, keep them up-to-date, and use them as reference.

Rack Diagrams are created using DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) software, charting application, or excel sheets. By integrating this functionality directly into the dashboard, Meter provides a convenient way to reference and validate the physical rack layout.

Multi-location dashboard

An overview hub for customers with more than one Meter Network, giving you a birds-eye view across all of your locations in one place. You can view aggregated information and easily navigate to specific locations to examine performance or troubleshoot potential issues.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Admins can manage dashboard access with Microsoft Azure, Okta, or any SSO provider that supports the SAML standard. Directory changes and access are automatically synced in real time.

Role-based access control

Access to features in the Meter Dashboard is restricted for customers and Meter employees according to predefined privileges. A user with escalated access can upgrade or downgrade their teammates privileges and access to resources such as locations, network features, and any sensitive information. Users’ login activity is logged so customers can have an audit trail.

ISP procurement

Meter Connect is one dashboard to manage ISP quotes, installs, billing, contracts, and renewals.

ISP procurement

Get instant quotes and availability for any US and Canada location by simply checking the address. Evaluate your ISP costs instantly.

Meter searches nearby ISPs and ranks the quotes to best fit your performance, budget, and schedule. Once you select a provider, Meter negotiates the best price and works with the ISP to prepare your contract.

Scheduling

We manage the entire installation process for you until your circuit is live.

Consolidated ISP billing
Coming soon

Get a single, accurate bill, every month. We verify your invoices, pay them on time, and send you a single bill and report for all of your accounts.
